Which information do we collect?
YouY collects information, including personally identifiable information, for its digital platforms. For example, when you use the site, you want to communicate with us, you are subscribed to the newsletter or other marketing activities, subject to the user’s consent.
When you register with us using the email and newsletter service, you create an account that retains a third-party service (such as Facebook, Google or other social media sites), the third-party service will provide us with some personal information about you, which could include your first and last name, username, unique identifiers and access tokens, e-mail address, date of birth and other preferences.

Age limit
YouY digital platforms are designed for people aged 13 or over. By using YouY digital platforms, you confirm that you are 13 years old (or older) and that you are of legal age under the laws of your country of residence or that you have obtained the consent of a parent or guardian to use YouY digital platforms.
If we learn that a child has provided us with personal information without parental or guardian consent, we will take steps to delete this information and close the child’s account.
